BOAD and BANK OF AFRICA GROUP announce with pleasure that they signed an important cooperation agreement on February 11th, 2014 at the head office of BANK OF AFRICA-SENEGAL.

The agreement, signed by the Chairman of BOAD, Mr Christian Adovelande, and the Chairman of BOA GROUP, Mr Mohamed Bennani, stipulates that the two institutions « decided to cooperate closely in order to increase the efficiency of their action aimed at enhancing development in the WAEMU member countries where they are established ».
